We’re thrilled to announce the following promotions, including two new shareholders who joined the ownership team in 2024:

New Shareholders

Madison Rief-Adams – Associate and Shareholder
As a Senior Interior Designer, Madison’s design leadership and passion for client engagement have made a lasting impact on some of Browning Day’s most meaningful work. Her elevation to shareholder and promotion to Associate recognizes both her professional excellence and the future-forward vision she brings to the firm.

Tabitha Lindsay – Associate and Shareholder
As Senior Director of Human Resources, Tabitha leads with compassion and plays a key role in Browning Day’s leadership. Recently named both a shareholder and Associate, she brings a vital voice to the ownership group and helps ensure our internal systems reflect the same care we bring to our work.

Promotions

Lacey Causseaux – Associate Principal
Lacey approaches every project with empathy and intention, helping clients navigate complex decisions with clarity and confidence. Her thoughtful approach and leadership continue to influence not just our interior design team, but how we show up for our clients. 

Paul Wolfe – Senior Design Architect and Senior Associate
Paul blends creativity and technical insight in his approach to design, drawing on deep experience in both architecture and sustainability. He’s known for his ability to listen closely, think big, and bring levity to the process.

Katie Thompson – Senior Associate
Katie brings a purposeful, wellness-focused approach to interior design, with a strong foundation in sustainability standards. Her ability to translate complex goals into welcoming, functional spaces makes her a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.

Tom Green – Senior Associate
Tom’s experience in landscape architecture and planning is matched by his practical, people-centered approach to problem-solving.  He’s a thoughtful contributor and design leader in every phase of the process, helping shape solutions that are both grounded and forward-thinking.

Brett Schlachter – Associate
Brett brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to landscape architecture and planning team—pairing sustainable design with a strong sense of place. His collaborative nature and quick wit make him a trusted and valued partner on every project.

Christi Jackson – Associate
Christi’s collaborative spirit and keen eye for design have made her an integral part of our landscape architecture and planning team. Her ability to translate community needs into cohesive, purposeful spaces strengthens every project she touches.
