2022 has seen some amazing changes within Browning Day. Many new team members with exceptional talent have joined the team, others have been promoted, and today we are excited to share the newest Principals and Associate Principals at Browning Day.

New Principals

Drew Braley, Director of Landscape Architecture has been elected to lead Browning Day as Principal. Throughout the last 10 years, Drew has demonstrated people-first leadership and strategic partnership both with our staff and our clients. Drew brings out the best in everyone he works with through his keen ability to listen and be both radically compassionate and honest.

Nick Davis, Director of Operations has been elected lead Browning Day as a Principal. Nick has been leading by example and has been an integral part of the team for the last 24 years. He  cultivates both kindness and accountability in relationships. He maintains a keen awareness of operational needs to help keep us running smoothly. You can always count on Nick to follow through and likely include a tactfully sarcastic joke.

Dave Long, a Senior Project Manager, has been elected to lead Browning Day as Principal. Dave has been a vital expert and leader focused on delivering excellence to our clients for the last 39 years. Dave builds trust with everyone he works with through impeccable words, his kind nature, and generous devotion to others.

New Associate Principals

Ryan Miller, Director of Architecture has been elected to lead Browning Day as an Associate Principal. Over the last six years, Ryan has consistently shown an ability to create dynamic solutions, lead complex projects, and have hands-on leadership. Ryan ‘s heart is dedicated to the success of the team, and he loves the complexity of leading technical experts in nine specialized markets.

Dan Overbey, is a Professor at Ball State University as well as the Director of Sustainability, he’s been elected to lead Browning Day as an Associate Principal. Dan is a nationally recognized leader for his research and dedication to enhancing sustainability in the industry over the last 14 years with Browning Day in partnership with Ball State University. Dan has a naturally jovial disposition and an unwavering desire to help others. We have never seen him turn down a challenge which makes him the perfect leader to face the challenges of creating sustainable design solutions.

Christine Pearson, Director of Quality Management has been elected to lead Browning Day as an Associate Principal. Christine believes in sharing knowledge, sustainable best practices, and being a team player. She has been dedicated to leading through mentorship over the last seven years at Browning Day. Christine has a passion for creating effective tools, processes, and systems. Even though she is a known industry expert, she is never hesitant to pioneer innovative ideas, perspectives, or out-of-the-box solutions.

Nick Worden, a Senior Project Manager has been elected to lead Browning Day as an Associate Principal. Nick has established a multifaceted aptitude to be both an outstanding design architect and lead complex projects over the last 16 years with Browning Day. Nick has a thoughtful disposition mixed with insightful technical knowledge, that makes him an asset to any team he leads.

Jonathan Young, Director of Preservation and Reuse and Senior Design Architect has been elected to lead Browning Day as an Associate Principal. Jonathan is an active leader in Preservation and supports committees throughout Indiana. Our clients love working with him for adapting his knowledge and ability to cultivate meaningful solutions. Jonathan loves to create beautiful designs and our staff never misses an opportunity to learn from his extensive expertise.
